Power3000 V100R001C02 Power System Acceptance Manual

Part I Overview

1. Precautions

After arriving at the site, Huawei installation personnel need to work according to requirements
specified in the Huawei Engineer Manual, and pay attention to the following items:
1. Based on the discussion with the customer, Huawei and the customer appoint
the person-in-charge respectively. The person-in-charge is fully responsible
for the installation coordination of the project.
2. Before the kickoff, Huawei and the customer need to reach an agreement on
the project schedule. For all incidents that may affect the project schedule,
the two parties need to specify reasons and provide solutions in written form.
3. Based on the product preparation guide, the engineering personnel check the
site environment. If the site environment meets the requirements for project
kickoff, the goods inspection is started and relevant lists are filled out. For any
error, omission, or defect, the installation personnel need to contact Huawei
for immediate replenishment, replacement, or other remedies.
4. The personnel must install the hardware with caution according to the
installation manual. After the installation is complete, relevant personnel is
organized timely to carry out the equipment acceptance.
5. Both Huawei and the customer personnel must perform the equipment
acceptance and preliminary acceptance test in strict accordance with relevant
standards. Some indicators and parameters have already been tested before
delivery. Such items can be omitted or be sampled during the tests if
conditions are not appropriate.
6. After the acceptance test is successfully complete, the cutover and
commissioning for operation starts.

2019-11-7 Huawei Confidential Page 3 of 25

The acceptance is performed in compliance with the contract requirements and

conventions agreed by both parties.
