2. Is our classroom ready for the 21st Century Learners?

With the facilities of LPU, I can say that we are equipped with technology needed to
effectively teach the Gen Zs.

3. How prepared are our teachers to handle the 21st Century Learners?
Teachers are adapters, we always see to it that we adapt the teaching styles to the new
curriculum requirements. Also, with the seminars and workshops for the faculty, we equipped
ourselves with the knowledge on how to handle the 21st century Learners.

4. What do 21st Century Learners experience in your classroom?

Within the classroom, teacher should act as a facilitator and should try to eliminate the
traditional way of teaching. Children should actively participate on the lesson activity
prepared in order for them to retain and have a hands on learning. What is demonstrated,
discussed and practice are easily retained in the minds of the learners.

5. How prepared are our graduates for the 21st century careers?
21st Century Learners are equipped with the skills needed in the labor market. They possess
creativity, innovation, critical thinking, strong math and science skills and excellent written
expressions. With the help of the 21st century teachers who guide them all the way to obtain
these skills.

6. Can they compete with graduates around the world?

Yes, with the right preparation and willingness to adapt to change, innovate and willing to
upgrade their skills continuously.
