Business Idea
Executive Summary
India’s textiles sector is one among the oldest industries in
Indian economy geological dating back many centuries. The
Indian textiles business is varied, with the hand-spun and hand-
woven textiles sectors at one finish of the
spectrum, whereas the capital intensive subtle mills sector
at the opposite finish of the spectrum. The decentralised power
looms/ footwear and knitting sector type the most
important element of the textiles sector. The shut linkage of
the textile business to agriculture (for raw
materials like cotton) and also the ancient culture and
traditions of the country in terms of textiles build the Indian
textiles sector distinctive as compared to the industries
of alternative countries. The Indian textile business has
the capability to provide a large form
of product appropriate to completely different market
segments, each inside India and across the planet.
Enterprise Description
EasyFit ™ is the new innovation project for people who wants
to buy the clothes in just limited time. People nowadays, spend
most of the time in cloths shopping. But now, they do not have
to spend more time in selecting the clothes. We are introducing
EasyFit ™ for people who love shopping. In this project, it is
very easy to use, people just have to enter the shop and get
body scan accordingly to the measurement. And they get to
select any choices of clothes they want. This way, people can
get their favorite choice and patterns.
Product Description
When customer enters the shop, there will be 10” display
screen where they can select the choices of clothes and
patterns for shopping. Once they select their choices, the
machine will now scan your body and get the measurement of
customer. The EasyFit ™ machine will stitch according to the
customer’s choice and be ready for check out.
Competition Analysis
There is no competition as this unique project has developed.
But it is not far that this idea will be used almost all the
international brands and create competition. Before the
competition rises, we will be creating more of the EasyFit ™ in
Pune, Maharashtra and then later India.

Marketing
We will be able to market the idea through the social media like
Facebook, Instagram, etc. We can attract the people by
informing the features and benefits of EasyFit ™.
Finance
We will have financing from bank loan of Rs. 15,00,000. As
machine cost is Rs. 8,50,000 and other will be designing the
machine, maintenance, clothes materials, electricity & rent. We
have forecast that in first quarter, we will have good amount of
profits and in near future span, it will be create a successful
project.
HR
We will have 5 human resources, as 1 will be will operating the
machine and 4 will be the salesman to help the customer to
select the appropriate cloth.

Operations
This will be operated in such a way the customer will select the
appropriate cloth and the machine will scan the body for
measurement and stitch according to the customer’s size. It will
be less time consuming as the machine will be rapid.

Future Plan
Once this idea gets benefitted to the society, we will create
more of the machines in different part of location like Metro
Cities. We will be opening first EasyFit ™ machine in Jan 2020.
