Course Title : Business Ethics & Corporate Governance

Course description
The course covers the underlying concepts of Corporate Governance and business ethics which
are relevant to the contemporary business environment. The students will be able to develop an
understanding of the ethical influences on economic, financial, managerial, and environmental
aspects of the business. The course will further develop and enhance the ability to critically
analyze ethical issues in business and frame business policies accordingly. The students will
also review different regulatory processes essential to the understanding of the principles of
corporate governance in India with the help of contemporary case studies, videos and articles in
the related area.
