Work Experience:
Working in IFB industries as Desktop Support Engineer. Providing IT support to end-users, application of
broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via IT helpdesk
system and remote support tools. Performed security administration functions for user data and system
monitoring. (From 26th April 2017 to till date)

Responsibilities:
 To resolve technical issues of users as per ticket raised by them on IT helpdesk.
 Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of computer system, hardware and peripherals.
 To configure new outlook account and resolve outlook issues such as scanning and repair of Pst file,
mails search issue, adding address book, archiving large Pst file etc.
 To create user accounts and install new system at work place with required software like MS office,
Adobe pdf reader, Acrobat reader DC, Google chrome etc.
 To register complaint with AMC services regarding printer issues, under warranty system and
laptops hardware issues.
 To install local printer & network printer and to troubleshoot issues related to printer such as
printer offline, print spooler and other printer related issues.

 To resolve issue like boot failure, boot device not found, frequent system restartas.
 To install antivirus and to perform virus scanning on virus infected systems, Antivirus update.
