THE THREE LITTLE PIGS

Se relaciona el cuento de los tres cerditos con la creación de empresas en

Colombia, en donde se toma cada casa creada por los cerditos como una empresa
y al lobo como los factores que pueden hacer quebrar dichas empresas.
En este orden, el lobo significa la alta competitividad de otras empresas que
participan en el mercado internacional, tienen buena atención al cliente, tienen
adecuadas políticas de control interno y cumplen a tiempo con impuestos.
Empresa 1: La empresa #1 no tiene control sobre los ingresos y egresos que
mantiene, únicamente paga el arriendo mensual y se limita a realizar su actividad
económica sin establecer políticas a cumplir dentro del negocio y sin saber la
rentabilidad esta genera.
Al competir directamente con los factores del lobo, la empresa #1 no tiene ninguna
oportunidad y en este caso, como la casa del cerdo #1 caerá.
Empresa2: Es una empresa donde sus recursos están organizados para lograr su
objetivo. Esta no deberá exceder el límite de trabajadores, recursos y ventas
anuales, los cuales van a ser establecidos por el Estado donde se encuentre
postulada dicha organización. A diferencia de las grandes empresas, los productos
que ésta ofrece no suelen ser tan estandarizados, lo que les permite adaptarse a las
exigencias del consumidor, teniendo ventaja sobre las grandes corporaciones.
Estas empresas en muchas ocasiones sirven de ayuda para las grandes
organizaciones, puesto que son contratadas para realizar servicios que quizás sin
son realizados por la gran empresa los costos de dicho servicio serían más
elevados.
Empresa 3: Posee una estructura administrativa óptima que permite su
competitividad en el mercado, en las que sobresalen características como:
● Recurso humano: ayuda que las personas tengan una oportunidad de
desarrollo impulsando la motivación como factor principal.
● Control total en cada área sin dejar a la incertidumbre la gestión y poder
ejercer mejor la toma de decisiones.
● Innovación: Buscan soluciones creativas que los lleven a un éxito y
revolucionar el mercado.
Al relacionarlo con el cuento se puede observar como la casa que está
construida en ladrillos no cae ante los factores del lobo, es decir que una
empresa con buenas características administrativas podrán competir y no
caerá.

The story of the three little pigs is related to the creation of companies in Colombia,
where each house created by the pigs is taken as a company and to the wolf as the
factors that can break those companies.
In this order, the wolf means the high competitiveness of other companies that
participate in the international market, have good customer service, have adequate
internal control policies and comply with taxes on time

Company 1: Company # 1 has no control over the income and expenses that it
maintains, it only pays the monthly lease and limits itself to its economic activity
without establishing policies to be complied with within the business and without
knowing the profitability it generates.
By competing directly with the wolf factors, company # 1 has no chance and in this
case, as the house of pig # 1 will fall.

Company2: It is a company where its resources are organized to achieve its

objective. This should not exceed the limit of workers, resources and annual sales,
which will be established by the State where said organization is nominated. Unlike
large companies, the products it offers are usually not as standardized, which allows
them to adapt to consumer requirements, having an advantage over large
corporations.
These companies often help large organizations, since they are hired to perform
services that perhaps without being performed by the large company, the costs of
such service would be higher.

Company 3: It has an optimal administrative structure that allows its competitiveness

in the market, in which features such as:
● Human resource: it helps people to have a development opportunity by promoting
motivation as the main factor.
● Total control in each area without leaving management uncertainty and being able
to exercise decision making better.
● Innovation: They look for creative solutions that lead them to a success and
revolutionize the market.
When relating it to the story, it can be observed how the house that is built in bricks
does not fall before the wolf's factors, that is to say that a company with good
administrative characteristics can compete and will not fall.
