DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF INTERNATIONAL URRICULA

NEW TEACHING MODULE

DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF INTERNATIONAL URRICULA

Parners aimed to create a joint curriculum focused on the study of nationalism,

transnationalism and migration. The multilateral collaboration was realized by drawing on
the specific expertise of each partner institution, based on the fields of specialization of
each institution. The working out of a ‘teaching network’ was conceived among partner
institutions which had worked together at several levels in the previous years; it is
therefore inscribed inside a network of already existing long-term partnerships, that which
facilitated the course selection and implementation. Also, it will facilitate the possibility to
preserve the extended curriculum on nationalism, transnationalism and migration also after
the contractual period. The “CEMMMENTI curriculum” will be listed permanently on the
project website and courses will be offered to international students on regular basis.
Therefore, students will be able to customise their own CEMMENTI ‘path’ by choosing
from a list of courses available in Europe and in Canada, each partner university offering a
