Before leaving for the exchange you must submit the following:
• Copy of the forms (Learning Agreement, etc) which are to be sent to the Host
University.
• Acceptance letter received from the Host University. This letter should include
the dates of the semester exchange.
• Learning agreement signed by both the Home University and the Host University.
• Copy of your flight ticket
• Bank sheet filled in.
After you submit the above-mentioned documents your contract will be issued and it
should be signed by you. The process for your funding (80%) will then be initiated. The
second part (20%) will be issued after you have begun your courses at the host university.
After your return from the exchange you MUST submit the following:
• Soft copy and hard copy of your report (email and printed versions).
• The hard copy is to be dated and signed by you.
• Original flight ticket and boarding passes (all): BOTH WAYS.
• Transcript of results
• Letter from the Host University indicating the dates of the semester you will have
attended.
