 COUNSELLING MEET
New generation entrepreneurs are venturing into this wonderful farming sector with
passion. Most of them have only Google knowledge. Practically the information
what they are getting from media will put them in confusion status.
At this counselling meet we will educate the entrepreneur about the particular
sector he wants to venture. We will provide him practical, implementable and
applicable information about the chosen project. The meet helps the entrepreneur
to understand the basic concept of the project. Understanding the basics of the
project will direct him to the right direction.

Charges for such meets will be quoted on demand. The package/service is valid for
two meetings in total, in a span of 45 days. T & C apply.

 FEASIBILITY STUDY
There are many people who already holds land parcels and unable to decide what
to in those farmlands. Once they start investigation to identify a suitable crop or
plantation, they will find themselves at cross roads without direction boards. They
don’t get reliable data on what to do, when to do and how to do. No information
on what will be the cost of the project, what are the subsidies available etc.

At Sampada, we will do a detailed study on various factors which will influence the
whole project. We will prepare and present FEASIBILITY REPORT, where the
entrepreneur will find answers for all of his queries before venturing. The study will
be conducted on

1. Soil Profile
2. Agro climatic conditions
3. Promoters status

All findings will be presented in a fashion the promoter expects.

Charges for such studies will be quoted on demand. A detailed quotation will be
issued mentioning deliverable services and payment terms. T & C apply. Soil
analysis is must in this service product. Charges for soil analysis are extra as
applicable.

Feasibility study is very useful to all the agri entrepreneurs who are promoting
projects on commercial scale. It’s a road map to them to reach their goals.

  PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
We are in position to execute all the jobs on land. May be as per the demand of
promoter or as per the guidelines what we presented in our feasibility reports.
These include infrastructure development and establishment of plantation by
adopting either Organic or Inorganic practices. We have teams who will work as
per the industry standards. From jungle clearance to harvesting we will assist the
agri entrepreneurs in project establihsment. These service includes assisting the
promoter in pest & disease management, irrigation management, fertiliser
management etc.,

Charges for such services are quoted on demand after assessing volume of works.

 DETAILED PROJECT REPORTS

We can prepare all sorts of bankable detailed project reports. Our reports helps the
promoter to get loans from the banks. All rports were prepared keeping all the
norms of governments, banks, agri institutions etc., into consideration.

Charges for preparing such reports depend on man hours involved. In general it
ranges from 0.5% to 1.0% of the project cost. T & C apply.

 TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Apart from above we can prepare Status Reports, Auditing Reports, Reports in
prescribed formats to avail subsides from various state and central institutions,
Techno Economic Reports to know the facts and figures of any particular sector,
Arborist Reports etc.

Charges for such technical jobs will be quoted on demand. In general it depends on
expert man hours involved. T & C apply.

 TREE TRANSPLANTAION
We can undertake the uprooting and re-transplanting the grown up trees on
turnkey basis. Tree transplanting is a job which involves scientific study, assessing
the possibilities, detailed planning, identifying suitable machines etc., and its a time
consuming job. Winter is the best season for tree transplantation.

Charges for Tree Transplantation jobs will be quoted on demand. In general it

depends on expert man hours involved and machinery hiring cost. T & C apply.

  OTHER SERVICES
In association with other institutions we can conduct training programmes and
workshops. We are interested to conduct national and international workshops to
provide practical and implementable knowledge to the entrepreneurs in association
