Students with School Related Problems.

Adviser: MANNEFER B. TALLAYO

The study was conducted at King’s College of the

Philippine’s during the second semester of school year

2018-2019. This study aimed to know the motivational ways

done by the teacher to deal with the school-related

problems encountered by students and to determine the level

of effectiveness of those motivational ways. This study

used the quantitative design in gathering, organizing and

presenting the data in order to determine the motivational

activities. A survey-questionnaire was used to collect

data. The data gathered were analysed, documented and

interpreted. Also, this study involved fifty (50) teachers

as respondents. The findings of this study revealed that

the most effective motivational way done by the teachers is

to know their students’ school-related problems. Various

elements were mixed in the motivational ways done by the

teachers which mainly circulate around knowing the problems

ii
of their students. While the least motivational way that

the respondents have given was the home visitation. The

iii
following recommendation was presented in the light of the

study: identify the motivational ways that teachers do to

motivate their students.

Keywords: Motivational ways, school related problems, home

visitation
