Assignment checking guidelines

• Students submitting the assignment before the first deadline gets the
feedback and marks out of 100 and those scoring less than 70 can resubmit.
On resubmissions students shall only get a maximum of 70 marks.
• Students submitting after the first deadline but before the final submission
date will get feedback and the marks between 0 and 70.
• Assignment submitted after the deadline will be checked on case to case
basis. If no genuine reason with evidence of late submission is provided,
student will score zero in the assignment. All late submissions with genuine
excuse shall get pass marks (50) only
• Though the individual pass marks are 50%, but the GPA/CGPA (overall
result) should be 2.5 (65-69%) for passing the exam and obtaining the
degree and 3 (70-74%) for continuing to PhD
