50g Persian feta or goats
cheese, drained
1 cup baby spinach
10 chives
3 extra large eggs
⅓ cup milk
Salt and pepper
1 tsp olive oil
To serve
Extra baby spinach, chives and
charred sourdough bread

Place peas in Chef Series II Fry Pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated
through, bright green and soft. Transfer to
a bowl. Add feta to peas and lightly mash.

2 tbs honey
1 tbs hoisin sauce
Finely grated rind of 1 lime
1 tbs sesame seeds
1½ tsp Sriracha sauce
1 slice bread
400-450g packet fresh noodles
2 bunches of broccolini,
trimmed into small pieces.

edamame, thawed
2 carrots, finely shredded

80g/85g packet shelled, unsalted pistachios

125g butter, softened
⅔ cup caster sugar
2 extra large eggs
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
1 cup self-raising flour
⅓ cup plain yoghurt
¼ small pineapple, peeled and
thinly sliced
5 strawberries, hulled,
sliced into three
Icing sugar, to serve

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place blade attachment in Turbo Chef®.
Add pistachios. Pull cord several times until
finely chopped.
Beat butter and sugar in Thatsa® Bowl Junior
with electric beaters until pale and creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after
each addition.
Fold in lemon, flour, yoghurt and
pistachios until just combined. Spread into
TupperChef ™ Large Rectangle Form and gently
smooth top.
Press pineapple and strawberries into top,
bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Stand for 10 minutes. Place wire rack on
top of slice and gently flip and slide onto
another rack to cool. Dust with icing
sugar and slice to serve.
