 RCC Work :- As Per Drawing *
Plinth height Up to 2 feet, 6” outer brick wall.UG water tank 5000 to 7000 Ltr. Capacity. Septic tank
5000 Ltr. capacity with water proofing work.

 BBM/Plaster Work:-
All Brick work with 4”/6” red bricks. For BBM 100% crush sand & for for Plaster 100% river sand.

 Electrical Work:-
1" Diamond pipe for Concealed Slab Piping, 1" Regular Pipe for Wall Piping, ISI Polycab copper wiring,
MCB as per requirement and electrical Points for rooms up to 3.5 points with non-branded modular
Switch.

 Plumbing Work:-
For Concealed plumbing CPVC , for open UPVC and PVC for toilet down take line 3"/4" (Make-
Prince/Astron),mixer shower unit (up to Rs. 1500/- to Rs.1800/-),Tap- Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/-,IWC Pan
with flush tank-upto Rs. 500/-,Kitchen Sink upto Rs.500/- ,1 No.Kitchen Tap-upto Rs. 300/-,Common
area Basin 01 No. with Tap upto Rs.400/- to Rs. 500/-,1 Geyser point in bathroom.1 No.1000 Ltr.
Capacity double layer water Tank at terrace.

 Tiles Work:-
Flooring tiles 2' x 2' nano polish (Upto Rs.400/- per Box),All wall tiles for bathroom upto 7' height & for
toilet upto 4' height- 12" x 18”, Upto Rs. 225/- Per Box.Kitchen Otta with Steel Gray Granite top upto 7'
to 8' length. Kitchen wall tiles upto 4' height (12” x 18” tiles).For toilet, parking and landing flooring, 1'
x 1' antiskid tiles upto Rs. 250/- per box. Tandoor stone for tappa and vitrified tiles for riser.

 Door & Frames Fittings Work:-

For main door Salwood frame upto Rs. 2500/-, other door frames GI with 18 gauge,
All door panels are Plastic coated Rs. 130/- to Rs. 140/- per Sq. Ft. Fiber moulded waterproof doors for
toilets. Door Fittings set for main door with 5mm thick and for other doors 3mm thick.

 Sliding windows work:-

18 gauge Riddi-Siddhi 3 track powder coated with mosquito net, Lour window with mosquito net.
 Fabrication Work:-
10 mm MS bar normal design grill, MS Railing for Terrace & Staircase.

 Painting Work
For Internal paint-2 cotes of Dry Distemper and for External 2 cotes of Cement Paint. For Fabrication
work 2 cotes of Black Oil paint.
