What is your motivation to keep a smile on your face during a hard day?

I try to keep an optimistic outlook on life. Everything that happens has both, a
positive and a downside to it. Throughout the day, I focus on the good, positive and
interesting attribute of any activity I take upon during the day. I rely upon my family
and close friends for support, when things get too difficult.

Describe a time when you had a difficult prospect, and how you handled
that situation. Also, give us an example of a failure you had at work and
what you learned from it. *
I joined the music club of our college at the beginning of my sophomore year. As I
was the only fresher in the club, I found it a bit difficult to mix up with all the members
which also hindered my performance within the club. But, I gradually managed and
made friends in the club. My performance in the club improved and I made
connections for life.
For the second answer: I decided to appear for JEE again at the end of my first year
of college. I started preparing for it around November. I used to go to the library to
study for the same. I had my end semester examination and JEE advanced on
consecutive days. It became very difficult for me to concentrate on both
simultaneously. At the end of the day, I realized that both suffered as I could not give
my 100% in either of them. I learnt that I should give my 100% concentration on one
thing that I take upon and not take too many things at one time.

When was the last time you took a big risk and it didn’t plan out? *

What is your opinion on our education system. What problems do you see
in it and how you suggest to rectify it. *
I feel that there are some ongoing issues with the current education system:
1. Lack of proper facilities - Many students still drop out at an early stage in our
education system, due to lack of proper facilities, lack of jobs in rural areas and lack
of opportunities and higher level institutions. There is a need to create more
opportunities at the higher education level.
2. Theory-based approach - the current education system is very theoretical, with a
minimum practical approach. A more practical suited system is the need of the hour
so that students get a sense of the real industrial world.
3. Too much pressure on students - India ranks high on the number of suicides that
occur due to pressure on students. Making our system more student-friendly is the
need of the hour.

What are your career goals for the next 5 - 10 years? *

My career goal is to work in an environment that will give me an opportunity to
expand my horizon and learn new things every day. I like taking on different tasks,
and feel that a marketing and sales path will be the course of my career in the
coming years. I would wish to pursue a higher degree in Management to understand
the business world better. I am to be working in a marketing domain in the next 10
years.

If you started a company, what nature it would be and how it is going to
make our society a better place?
If I started a company, I would want to start a company that brings in
innovative and unique architectural designs to India. We, as a nation, have
immense amount of opportunities to build a strong infrastructure. Smart
homes is something that is innovative, it studies a person's personality and
daily life to accommodate the home environment accordingly. I wish to
implement the same in India.

counselling sessions.

It has an application for the students which help them to track their results , attendance ,
assignments , etc.

It also has an app for the institute itself to help it to keep a record of the total number of students
enrolled , total staff , and to broadcast messages to their parents regarding activities taking place in
the institution.
