• By purchasing above services, the travel agent agrees that it is their sole responsibility to settle all payments including any credit card
transactions.
• Please maintain all relevant records of your passengers including signed UCCF (Universal Credit Card Charge Forms), valid photo identification
which may be requested in the event of a charge back or dispute resulting out of such transactions. C&H International will endeavor to reasonably
assist in dispute resolutions. In any event. it will be the sole responsibility of the travel agent to settle any outstanding dues, including charge
backs.
• Please inspect your tickets immediately. C&H will not be responsible for errors detected after 24 hours of delivery.
• Check-in for international flights at least 3 hours before departure.
• Check-in for domestic flights at least 2 hours before departure.
• All tickets are restricted and carry a cancellation penalty.
• A minimum of $25.00 service charge applies once tickets are returned, in addition to any penalties.

• Please re-confirm your flights 72 hours before departure.
• Please check with Airlines directly regarding their baggage policy.
• A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all accounts 15 days past due. In the event of a lawsuit by C&H to collect any money due
to it under this contract, it shall be entitled to recover all attorney’s fees and costs reasonably incurred. Any disputes regarding this invoice will be
governed by the laws of the state of CA, and the venue of any lawsuits will be in the city of LOS ANGELES, null.
• C&H is open for reservations and ticketing on Saturdays from 10:30am till 6:00pm EST, call 1-800-247-6659.
• C&H represents, and is the agent for, certain carefully selected carriers, transportation companies, hotels, wholesalers, and service companies,
all of whom are disclosed principals and independent contractors. C&H is not responsible for any negligent act or omission by any of these
entities.
• Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, C&H or any of its officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any action taken, or
decision made in good faith, relating to the issuance of this ticket.
• Disclosure Statement – Participant of the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund C&H is a participant of the California Travel Consumer
Restitution Fund. In the event of C&H’s default you may be eligible for a refund of up to $15,000 from California Travel Consumer Restitution
Fund. If you were located in California at the time of your purchase you have a right to make a claim against the fund for a refund of any money
paid to C&H that is due because of a C&H bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operation or material failure to provide the transportation or travel
service sold. The claim must be filed within 60 days (or in some limited circumstances within one year) after you become aware of your loss.
