Assignment 1

What to do?
Students are required to form a group of 5 to 6 persons and prepare the assigned topic
The students are required to answer the following questions for presentation
1. What is the theory all about?
2. Why this theory is important for training and development? OR what are the implications
of this theory for training and development
You need to prepare a presentation of 15 minutes followed by question and answer sessions
All of the group members are required to show active participation in the preparation
process however at least 3 members must present (not all) due to short of time.

Evaluation criteria:
 To what extent the concept is correctly presented 5
 Whether the link with training is significantly established? 5
 Timely completion and questions and answers 3
 Any video or demo related to the presentation 2
Total marks: 15

their own presentation
