Diving Basics
 Pre contact phase
o Lower your center of gravity by lunging forward
with either foot choose one
 Contact phase
o From this lower lunge position, push forward with
front leg and extend body toward the ball

o Hands come to the floor to absorb the fall
o Use momentum to land safely
