Goal #2: Improve my
technology skills.
I chose this goal because when I
started my student teaching, I realized
just how much I didn’t know. Our
district uses Google for everything.
Our students use shared docs for
projects. Every classroom has an
electronic white board and it is
necessary for me to understand how
to use it. Students would benefit
from my increase knowledge with
technology because then I could
implement it more with instruction.
I will have a better understanding of

students because it cuts down on
wasted time and down time when
negative behaviors could occur.
When a teacher is organized with the
day each lesson and transition time
