CYBER BULLYING
According to WhatIs.com, “Cyberbullying is the use of
cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms, or social
networking such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten,
or intimidate someone.”
Cyberbullying is an issue that has been increasing

rapidly these past couple of years because of some causes
such as people do it for revenge of other peers, for
entertainment purposes, to boost their ego, to get a laugh
from their peers and others do it to bolster or remind people
of their own social standing. For the effects, it can give
bad reputation, low self – esteem and depression to other
people that will lead to suicide.
In conclusion, with the expansion of the internet and

social networking technologies, cyberbullying is becoming
more common and more severe and hopefully, this will help to
inform today’s youth and parents. If you see any kind of
bullying happening in front of you, stop it possible, and
then report it!
