EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (EXECOM), LEON,
ILOILO HELD AT THE ABC HALL, LEON, ILOILO ON THE 6TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2019.

The meeting started at 9:30 a.m. with a prayer on record.

The meeting was initially called to order by Mr. Fabian H. Capaciete, Handuraw Over-all Chairman, as
Temporary Presiding Officer. The Temporary Presiding Officer declared a quorum and recognized the presence
of Hon. Mayor and the members of the Executive Committee present.

Mr. Fabian H. Capaciete presented the final program through slideshow presentation.

Dr. Jose Rolando Rafael Cabanig, OIC-Office of the Principal II, LNHS suggested that the presentation of
Cultural Dance will going to be a contest.

Mrs. Sarah Jane Camarino, representative from ISAT U-Leon Campus asked the representative from the
participating school relative to the suggestion of Dr. Cabanig.

Mr. Capaciete added the suggestion to have an additional fund for the transportation particularly the Bucari
NHS and presented the criteria for the Cultural Dance Contest.

Dr. Rolando Cabanig asked if the female performer could wear Patadyong and Kimona as coustume.

Mrs. Ma. Leni Caldina, president of KANAMA LEONI added that she noticed the lack of presence of the
Executive Committee in all the programs.

Mrs. Lolita M. Calagsing, Principal, LHFLC appealed the presence of all the teachers during the Coronation
Night of Hara sang Handuraw 2019.

Mrs. Evelyn Trogo suggested to have an Executive Order declaring no classes on September 2 in order
for all the teachers to be present during the Coronation of Hara sang Handuraw.

The Municipal Mayor confirmed that September 2 will be a rest day for all the schools and expressed her
gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the Body for their support.

Dr. Rafael Cabanig moved for the approval of the final program of Handuraw 2019 and it was seconded
by Mr. Capaciete.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
