are some suggestions:

1. Choose the cover and divider pages you


like best from pages 5-8.

2. Choose the forms from pages 9-20 that


make the most sense for your particular
teaching/classroom situation. Some forms
are for individual students, while others
are whole class forms.

3. Assemble your notebook in a binder.

4. Keep your binder in an accessible place,


for quick reference during future parent
conferences or for substitute use.
