VIII. Rationale
Biluso Elementary School is composed of 1 male teacher and 15 female
teachers. In regards with this Gender and Development objectives, we create our team
building to feel free that even male and female can do the same things in working for
better improvement of the school which benefits and caters about 486 learners and
community as well.
This team building associates the equality of gender awareness, loyalty of each
co-workers and higher ups, love for works, practicing well educated beings as a teacher
and obeying holistically according to the DepEd Orders and Memorandums. Also, we
are committed to our Core Values which is “MakaDiyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan and
Makabansa.”

IX. OBJECTIVES
 Re-orient the teachers and employees on the role of teachers and their
responsibilities.
 Reinforce training on handling different classroom/home situation;
 Update on the issues and concerns regarding DepEd Orders and
memorandum.
 Discuss professional ethics and development.
 Orient the participant on the different parenting skills.
 Promotes gender awareness.

XI. EXPECTED OUTPUT

Each participant is ensured to acquire the following knowledge and skills necessary
in performing his/her role as teachers.

 Proper handling of learners.


 Reasonable care for millennial learners.
 Improved communication skills with peers.
 Innovate, develop, execute and implement programs and projects with regards
to DepEd Orders and Memorandums.
 Build and maintain harmonious connections with all parents and peers.
 Gain common understanding in improving school conducive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
 Prepares the master list of participants.
 Prepares the Registration form.
 Creates registration desk for registration before the seminar proper.
 Check the attendance.

Program/ Invitation- Mariean L. Sarmiento


Responsibilities:
 Prepares the program of activities and invitation to resource persons/
speakers.
 Distributes program of activities and invitation to speakers, management
and committees involve.
 Coordinates with the Committee on Session and ensures activities are
followed as schedule.
 Monitors the flow of the program/activities.
 Coordinates with other committees on specific concerns, updates and
announcement.

Documentation- Marieke Astrid R. Paglinawan


Responsibilities:
 Works with Committee on Session regarding the scheduling and meeting
room assignments.
 Works with Committee on Physical Arrangement to ensure that all sessions
have the AV needed.
 Ensures that session content is accurately reflected in the training matrix.
 Works with budget.
 Provides write-ups of all the sessions and documents of the entire training.

Responsibilities:
 Designs and Print Certificates for Awardees, Participants and Speakers
and Committee Members.
 Assists the emcee during the awarding ceremony

Responsibilities:
 Supplies the training materials
 Keeps the supporting documents for liquidation and reports
 Ensures that there will be an opportunities for participants to use the
knowledge and skills acquired on the training
