CÓMO HACEMOS SCRUM

Capítulo 1
Muchos tienen definido a scrum como una metodología pero según Ken Schwaber
scrum no es una metodología es un sistema de trabajo donde los empleados pueden
implementar un marco de trabajo mucho más eficiente. Sin embargo Henrik Kniberg
explica como se debe implementar el uso de esta grandiosa metodología de trabajo, la
cual es adaptable a cada situación o problemática que presente el proyecto.
En este capitulo el autor expresa su experiencia al implementar scrum en su trabajo y en
todos los distintos proyectos en los que ha trabajado. En este caso toma un proyecto de
una empresa en la que empieza a trabajar y ve las diferentes problemáticas a solucionar
en todos los niveles de la empresa durante el año de trabajo donde implemento
diferentes formas de implementar XP y combinarla con scrum

Capítulo 2
¿Cómo hacemos pilas de producto?, es donde se empieza todo porque básicamente son
los requisitos o historias que se le hacen al cliente usando la terminología de forma no
técnica para ello implemento:
 ID – Un identificador con auto incrementador que permite no perder las
historias cuando se hacen modificaciones
 NOMBRE – Descripción de las historias, con la facilidad de entender de que se
esta hablando para distinguir de otras historias
 IMPORTANCIA – Da a conocer el producto mas importante dando mayor
prioridad a un elemento
 ESTIMACION INICIAL – Es el trabajo necesario para implementar la
historia, la cual es comparada con otras
 COMO PROBARLO – Se realiza un test donde se especifica todo lo que se
debe implementar o desarrollar para finalizar una actividad

Chapter 1
In my point of view some people think that scrum is defined as a methodology but Ken
Schwaber doesn’t think so because he thinks that scrum is not a methodology it’s a
working system where employees can implement a much more efficient framework.
However, Henrik Kniberg explains how to implement the use of this great work
methodology, which is adaptable to each situation or problem presented by the project.
In this chapter the author expresses his experience in implementing scrum in his work
and in all the different projects he has worked on. In this case he takes a project from a
company where he starts working and sees the different problems to be solved at all
levels of the company during the working year where he implemented different ways of
implementing XP and combining it with scrum.

Chapter 2
How do we make product stacks, is where you start everything because basically are the
requirements or stories that are made to the customer using the terminology in a non-
technical way for it implement:
- ID - An identifier with auto incrementer that allows not to lose the histories when
modifications are made.
- NAME - Description of the stories, with the ease of understanding what you are
talking about to distinguish from other stories
- IMPORTANCE - Disseminates the most important product by giving higher priority to
an element.
- INITIAL ESTIMATION - The work necessary to implement the story, which is
compared to other stories.
- HOW TO TEST IT - A test is carried out specifying everything that must be
implemented or developed to complete an activity.
