1.

I am well aware of the deadlines and work consistently to achieve them.

In cas of delay, I can explain the cause and try to minimizethe delay.
Also I try to provide th maximum achievable output for the time being.

2.
I am a good team player. I help team members when they're over burdned.
I deligte when needed.
I provide help and reviews for improvement in project/job.
I ask for help when in need/doubt.

3.
I take the responsibility to make the product the best.
Not only I look after all the requirements that are under my responsibility but
also provide sugestions and required attention if any area of product is to be
looked after any part that could have been missed.
If any mistake is made by me, I accept and take a note of it. So that these kind of
mistakes don't happen in future. Also other team members can learn from that
mistake.
I NEVER PROCRASTINATE.
I keep calm and professional behaviour.

4.
I am always ready to learn new things. It helps in enhancing the thinking ability
and adds to ones skill set.
I use my skills to provide better design of software/hardware/mechanical and
project documentation/management
I look for development in each assigned task and work for continous improvement of
my skills.

5.
I provide solutions for the product to make them better and raise the bar of
engineering.
I tried to develop an algorithm to increase the performance of the US sensor.
I developed a new algorithm to read 7 segment LEDs using CMOS and hough transform.
I provided future development ideas for metr reading.
I suggested that the US sensor can be easily developed using 4 wire technique and
will cover more market if used in that way.
I suggested that the transducer can be mounted on PCB will reduce the over all
sensor size and is a better design. (plus asthetical improvement)

6.
I am good at professional communiction. I communicate with client(BST) clearly.
Comunications are documented and acknowledged in order to avoid miscommunication.
I help my colleagues to draft mails in a professional way for better communication
and improve their skills by sugesting better responses.

7.
I am always on time and avail minimum leaves.
I am well aware of the job requirements and family/social requirements and adjust
my leaves in a way that it does not affect either of them.
When I expect a leave, I try to cover anticipated task by working over time or
attending saturday/sunday so that the work does not lag behind.
I avoid sandwich leaves on fastivals as most employees take leave on that time and
the project is left unattened.

8.
I am well disciplined and know professional etiquettes. I follow the company norms.
I never commplain for/about resources. Instead i provide suggestions and solutions.

9.
I am developing system/software/product in a professional way.
In the process of development I read books, blogs and ask colleagues to improve my
skills.
I follow he guidellines/procedures and document each necessary step.
I examin the requirements very well and explain it to the team so every one gets
aware of the requirements too.
I am using tuleap wiki for better documentation and learning git/gerit for keeping
track of code.

10.
The quality of development provided by me is the best I can achieve with my
knowledge. As I am getting more and more experienc my development quility is also
improving each day. I ask my colleagues for the best practices and use them.
I test the product and find the bugs, and can solve them. I find aplication level
bugs easier to solve while framework level bugs take time to solve. With more
experience I'll get a grip on those too.
I see the senior developers developing and debugging and try to grasp the way they
solve the issue. This teaches me the way to solve certain probems in certain way.

1.
Technical skills: In depth knowledge of controller working, how registers are
manipulated and assembly level Learn RTOS and Linux Practice OOPS (learn java or
practice c++)

Management skills: Develop a system to efficiently use Agile in embedded project

Communication skills: Provide an orientation presentation to trainees providing a

good kick start for their career.

2.
Technical skills: RTOS mutex and semaphore are very useful techniques, but these
were not used in our project. So no practicle use of these were made in my learning
of RTOS.
No OOP language practice done as it was then removed from my priority list.

Communication skills: orientation presentation would require more experience in

company. Instead I improved my communication skills in PDP sessions provided by
company.

3.
Suggesting the idea of 4 wire sensor configuration, which made the product better.
Providing the solution for fixing the sensor's transducer on PCB.
Also I suggest that the sensor to be soldered directly on main PCB, which will
improve the performance as well as aesthatics. This might be used some day in
future.

4.
Most important aim for now is to learn CAN protocol, MODBUS, ethernet, make files,
and stuff like these. These protocols have been used in my current project. I have
worked on some of these, but I do not posses the full required knowledge. This
creates dependency on other colleagues.

Also following the agile methodology and using the tuleap rigidly to manage the
project is something worth learing. Using tasks and sprints strictly for project is
in my list.

5.
Using switch IC for sensor design without actually testing it was a risk. It
failed. But it provided us the lesson. The next IC we used, we tested it on
gerneral purpose board first and then designed the PCB.
No other risk is taken knowkingly. All the steps and procedures are followed as
best of our knowledge. Every step is taken after carefull examination and
discussions.

6.
Currently I have been working 50% in software development and 50% in management and
other stuff. As a Jr. Engineer I am doing well. But I need to be at par with much
higher position, which needs more of technical experience. I require to gain
knowledge of 6 years of technical experience in minimum time.

I would like my manager to assign me more and more of technical work. The more I
practice, closer I will be to my expection.

7.
The libral atmoshpere of workspace. Not forcing work on employees, instead
providing them work and deadlines and giving them the freedom to manage their work
time in their own way.
Encouraging the cretivity of employees, is one of the best points. Instead of
forcing the decisions from the leads, we do meetings, brain storming and everyone
provides their view points and solutions to arrive at a conclusion.

8.
Recently the work seems tiring. Frequent switching between tasks, creates mental
fatigue and irritation. The decided work is over ridden by other tasks, and this
reduces the productivity. At the end of the day very little is achieved and I feel
tired.
Also frequrent inquiry of task status update distracts the mind from actual work.

PROVIDE ENOUGH SHADES FOR PARKING. Keeping vehicles in sun and rain deteriorates
the plastic and rubber parts. This increases the mantainance cost. Which costs
money and time. Also the seat of the vehicle becomes too hot when we need to use it
during lunch time.
9.
Application development. The more I code, the more I know. This develops my skills
and enhances my thinking capability.
Research and development of products.

10.
Site visit. It is very tiring.
Frequent pings for tast status updates.
