The crash statistics have been generated and are available through North Carolina’s Crash
Database. This database provides an inventory of reported crashes on record that have occurred at this
location. Please note that many traffic crashes go unreported for a variety of reasons, and this report
simply provides a listing of all crashes on record that have occurred at the requested location. Crashes
have been manually reviewed on the DMV-349 crash report form searching the narrative and vehicle
owner fields in order to be categorized.

Reported crashes statewide in North Carolina were reviewed from January 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019 in
the North Carolina Crash Database (1/1/2018 – 5/31/2019). At the requested location, there were a
