HSES INCENTIVIES (RECOGNITION)

Safety Hero of September 2019 are:

1. Vikry Cendekiawan - TEG Associate Structural
Engineer (PTMI)
Embraced McDermott’s value of Taking the Lead and
incorporating “Trust & Respect Each Other”.
His relentless pursuit providing the critical
documentation ready for the delivery and installation
of LSF from NOV to MDR Yard, ensuring all HSES
elements and potential impact was addressed.
Furthermore, changes to approved plan for
transportation & installation of LSF was transparently
communicated with TEPDK representatives without
hesitation.
2. Hastanto, Eko S (PTMI)

2.5 long-lead equipment.
The perseverance of Eko and the Sourcing of the Right
Equipment from MDR Rigging Store, the outcome
could have been very different.
The willingness from Eko to work with CPY CPLO and
share issues and concerns is also a major contributor
to the successful outcome of 3 CTG Lifts
3. Mehdi Abdaou (KL)
Mehdi has worked with WOODS to give them an
understanding of the scope, vision, and project to the
full extent, which became very clear during the
engagement with them on 4. & 5. September in KL.
By having delivered our vision and mission so clear,
he has created the right platform and starting point
for a successful delivery should McDermott
outsource the project to WOODS
