This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and entered into by and between:

hereinafter referred to as the SELLER/S;

WHEREAS, the above-named SELLER/S is/are the absolute and registered owners of a

Certificate of Title No. ________________________ and more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the herein BUYER/S have offered to buy the above-described parcel of
land with/without improvement and for which the herein SELLER/S is/are willing to sell at the
price agreed upon by the parties.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of

THAT THE SELLER/S does/do hereby warrant valid title to, and peaceful possession
of the property herein sold and conveyed, and further declares that the same is free and clear of
all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
