In terms of frequency, the majority went shopping online 1-4 times a month , at 56%.

Meanwhile, the figures for students making online purchase more than 12 times a

month were the least, at only 7%.

It is also that noticeable that the most chosen factor by ITP’s students is product

quality, which accounts for 78% , meanwhile the figure for the chosen of students

about shipping factors is significant lower, at approximately 3%.

diverse , which is a top choice of students , accounting for 65% . Data on the most

vehement objection come from personal comfort when using online shopping, at 3%.

It is clear that when it comes to choosing an online websites, Security concerns
