ABSTRACT

Smart or intelligent system such as internet of things enables the collection of

timely, high-quality data through embedded system and sensors that communicate over

wireless or wired networks through the help of programmable devices like the Arduino

platform. In order to explore its wide features and capabilities, We conducted this

phenomenological study to explore and to understand the lived experiences of Arduino

users on how they use the Arduino as a tool for building their projects. The data from

this study yielded four significant themes: (a) feeling of satisfaction (b) discouragement;

(c)curiosity and (d) positive attitude towards In addition, conclusions, implications and

recommendations for future research are presented in this study.
