II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Delivery & 3-5 days upon receipt of P.O. & down

completion payment.
2. Payment Terms 50% down payment, balance upon completion
3. Warranty 1 year against defective workmanship.
4. Validity Thirty (30) days from quotation date.

III. OTHERS

1. Owner shall provide space for tools and materials storage, power
and water supply to be used.
2. Bonds & other government fees are not included in this proposal.
3. Agent discharge line are of B.I. Pipes consideration.
