HEARING

Accused, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully states:

1. The undersigned counsel respectfully enters his appearance as a

counsel for the accused and prays that all notices, orders and other
court processes be addressed to the undersigned at 23 Provincial
Road, Bagay, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan;

2. Accused received SUBPOENA requiring him to appear before the

Honorable Court on October 24, 2019 for the arraignment;

3. However, due to the pressures of equally urgent professional work

and prior commitments and considering that the services of the
undersigned counsel has just been engaged, it would not be
possible for the undersigned to appear before the Honorable Court
to appear and represent the accused for the scheduled hearing
tomorrow;

4. For this reason, the accused beg the kind indulgence of the
Honorable Court to grant a resetting of the Arraignment possibly on
the first week of November 2019 and

5. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the
proceedings of the case.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, accused most respectfully

prays of this Honorable Court to grant their motion for the resetting to another

date probably on the first week of November 2019.

Such other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
