in order to meet the firm’s standard. He
readily detects, corrects or reports errors
and applies feedback to improve
performance. Apart from that, there is
always room for improvement for him. The
employee tends to overlook the format
and paragraph setting of the documents.
This error could be reduced by exercising
a higher standard of due diligence and
thoroughness when finalising his works.

This employee is also able and ready to


draft during weekend and until long hours.
This was demonstrated when the
Corporate Department did the Federal
Road Maintenance Agreement for the
main concessionaire which requires
concentration and focus.

3. Thoroughness The employee is a person who always


keep accuracy in his mind. However,
there are several areas that can be
improved by him such as meticulousness
and thoroughness so that all his works
complies with the specifications according
to the Partners’ expectations and the
requirements of his position. He listens to
and understands the needs of clients, and
responds to those needs. He uses
collaborative and creative solutions in
problem-solving.

4. Efficiency The employee actively seeks new ways to
improve his work and generates ideas
that streamline processes and increase
productivity. Meets workload
requirements by frequently meets
deadlines. Demonstrates effective
planning skills but can be improved to
allow for effective use of resources and
changes in priorities. He keeps a record
of every instructions and updates from
meetings.

5. Commitment to Firm This employee shows high attendance

with officers from various government
