1. Obey the order of the supreme council.


2. Help in recruiting new members.
3. Keep in strictest secrecy the decisions of the La Liga
authorities.
4. To have a symbolic name which he cannot change until he
becomes president of his council.
5. Report change to the fiscal anything that he may hear which
affects the La Liga.
6. To behave well as benefits a good Filipino.
7. Help fellow men in any ways.

The Exile to Dapitan
 July 15, 1892 at 12:30 a.m.
Dr. Rizal was brought under heavy guard to the steamer Cebu
heading Dapitan under Captain Delgras.

 July 17, 1892


Delgras handed Rizal over Captain Ricardo Carnicero,
Spanish commandant of Dapitan. The same night, Dr. Rizal
began his exile that would last until July 31, 1896.
