CREATE NEW EMPLOYEE

 Open the form to create new employee.


 Fill all personal details of the employee
 Before filling details of employee, enter the effective date of the employee
 Remember to select person type of the employee
 Save all personal details by pressing CTRL+S
 Enter all assignment details of the employee

Home Screen
Go to Navigator on the left side and select
“India HRMS Manager”

IN IEISL HRMS Manager go to “People”

In People go to “Enter and Maintain”

After clicking on Enter and Maintain, a new java
form populates. Again follow the same path by
clicking on People> Enter and Maintain

Click on “Enter and Maintain” in
People

To create a new Employee, click on
“New” option provided.

New employee creation form is
opened. Now begin by entering
effective date of the employee

To enter “Effective Date of Employee”.
Either go to Tools> Alter Effective Date
or Click on “Calendar icon” in Toolbar

Enter the Effective Date
and click Ok.
Date format should be
“DD-MMM-YYYY”

Once Effective date is entered. Now start
filling the basic details of the employee like
last name, first name, title, middle.
Fields with yellow background are Mandatory

Carefully select the Person type of the
employee as “Create Employment”

After selecting Employment type,
provide the “Employee Code” of the
Employee. Now Fill in the personal
details like D.O.B, Status, Nationality

After filling personal details, go to
Employment column, click on
Information and in resident status
change the status to suitable one if
the nationality is NOT INDIAN.
Then click on OK

Go to office details column, enter
Email ID if available

In the same way, provide Medical
detail like Blood Type if available

After Entering all the available personal
details of employee. Press CTRL+S to
save the information. Please verify if the
information is saved or not from the
below indication

Now click on Assignment column, to
enter assignment details of employee

Enter Information related to employee
assignment. Select the Group of the
employee. To search from the list enter
“desirable phrase with % in the end” then
click on find. Select the group and click on
Ok

After selecting group, always select
“Correction” option from the
popup

In the same way search for the
related job from the list.

After selecting the job, only
job related position are
visible in the search
process. Select the suitable
one and click on ok

Once you select the position, pop up
related to decision asks for your
permission. Always select “yes” from
the option

Enter the Grade

Enter the work location of the
Employee

Status will be “Active Assignment”
for new employee

To tag Manager of the employee, select
Supervisor tab and enter Manager code
(Employee code) in the worker number field
and press enter. Now Again press CTRL+S to
save all the information.

If the location is changed to other
from the default one. Pop asks to
use location. Select “Cancel”

After pressing CTRL+S, all the
information entered is saved. Now close
the form, by pressing ALT+F4

To open new form for the next
employee, press ALT+F+N and
follow the same process.

FIND THE EMPLOYEE

 To find the employee, enter the employee code or search the employee code from the list.
 Select the employee code and click on ok
 After selecting the code, click on “find” option

Click on number and enter the
employee code to be searched

Select the employee code and
click on ok

After selecting employee code, click
on find option

Here you can check and correct
information of all existing employees.
