OF R2K TUNNEL POULTRY BUSINESS

Petition Summary
and Background
The residents of Brgy. San Nicolas Balas, Concepcion, Tarlac
petitions to Stop or Closed the Operation of R2K Tunnel, a poultry
agriculture business, to which the distance of the poultry to the
Barangay has caused the influx of the fly population in the
Barangay to rise at a VERY ALARMING RATE. Hence, the influx
of flies in the Barangay can be solely blamed on the R2K Tunnel’s
close vicinity to the barangay thereby affecting the residents in
their day to day living which also:

1. Injures or endangers the health of the residents.

2. Annoys the senses.

Under the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, to wit:

Art. 695 Nuisance is either public or private. A public

nuisance affects a community or neighborhood or any
considerable number of persons, although the extent of
the annoyance, danger or damage upon individuals
may be unequal. A private nuisance is one that is not
included in the foregoing definition.
We, the undersigned, as concerned citizens are urging our
Barangay and Municipal Leaders to act now to CLOSE/ STOP
R2K Tunnel Poultry Business.
