I invite kind attention to the reference cited wherein the Government

Pleader for Revenue, Hon’ble High court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi has
called for factual report on the Writ petition filed by Smt J.Gangamma W/o
Ashithu of Yellutla Village of Putlur Mandal for grant of assignment existing in
Sy.No.38 extent 4.56 acres of Yellutla village of Putlur Mandal,
Ananthapuramu District Vide D.A.R.Dis.No.01/1411, dated 18-03-2002.

In this connection, I submit that the land in Sy.No.38 extent 4.56 acres of
Yellutla village of Putluru Mandal as per RSR of the Village Account is classified
as an assessed waste. The ground status as per the survey and verification is as
follows.

Further It is also submitted that as could be verified from the records, it is
noted that the petitioner one Smt J.Gangamma W/o Asithu had assignment in
Sy.No.38 with an extent of 4.56 acers in Yellutla Village of Putlur Mandal vide
D.A.R.Dis.No.1/1411, dated 18.03.2002, in this Sy.No. 10 above persons are in
active possession and cultivation. But the Pattadar Pass Book and D-Form was
granted to Smt J.Gangamma W/o Asithu It is also noticed that the said Smt
J.Gangamma has been cultivating the Survey No.47 an extent 4.56 acres which
is classified as “Vanka” as per RSR of Yellutla Village of Putlur Mandal. Without
grant D.form patta.
