COMPANY EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT

SYSTEM RECORD

ABSTRACT:
Company Employee Management System Record, is a simple system where you
can record all the company employee data such as Name, Position, etc., where the assigned
admin can be the only one to have access to this system. The assigned admin that is signed
in this system is the only person that can manage to Create, Read, Update, and Delete the
employee’s record. This system is already making sure that all the data and files will be
secured and can’t be accessed by others that is not authorized or registered as an admin
user.

INTRODUCTION:
The aim of the project is to implement a Company Employee Management System
suitable for any Company, providing flexibility to adapt to new and changing requirements.
This Company Employee Management System is an automated version of manual Company
Employee Management System and using this software means securing the activities and
expandable information service to staff, employees and applicants.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:


This study aims to lessen workload and be of convenience for an admin of a
company to carry out his/her tasks in managing their system. Instead of using traditional
means of manually organizing a database in an old and bulky cabinet full of papers and
documents, why not automate it? A company could save space and extra time for
retrieving, updating and organizing all of the company data by just a matter of clicks. Data
is also secured by using this system for only a few authorized admins can access the
database.
OBJECTIVES:
Objectives of this proposal are as follows:

 Lessen workload and paper works on admins


 Better Security assurance

METHODOLOGY:
1. Collect data
1.1. Meet the staff (Ms. Angelie) and get the details they are using for their
manual work of employee management. (E.g. Register details,
combination details etc).

2. Discuss with the group


2.1. Discuss about the project works as ordering the collected information,
creating database tables, ER diagrams, etc.

3. Talk with the proper person


3.1 Talk with the staff (Employees) to know about their needs.
3.2 Questioning them for more details.
3.3 Know their satisfaction and problems

4. Fulfill the system for the employee management.
