Pre-execution step

- Greeting user, confirm username and asset tag. Info user estimate time to upgrade

- Confirm all user data already saved in My Documents

- Note down "Supported" application, prepare source program

- Inform user that "Allowed" application will not be installed, user need to install them manually after
upgrade finished

- Note down connected peripheral (printer, scanner, etc.)

Execution Step (Hardware Installation)

- Shutdown PC/NB, disconnect all power sources

- Install additional RAM

- Boot up, login to BIOS, verify memory capacity (4GB) and hardware functionality, and confirm Asset Tag

Execution Step (Ivanti OS Deployment)

- Boot PC using PXE, Login, Info Ivanti Admin Asset Tag and IP Address

- Upgrade user's PC/NB  Follow check list

Execution Step (USB Deployment)

- Boot using USB

- Upgrade user's PC/NB => Follow check list

Post-execution step

- NB User ASM above => Upgrade to Office Pro Plus

- Verify Windows Update Patch and Hotfix

- Verify KAV Virus Definition Update

- Verify My Documents, confirm with user

- Install and test "Supported" application, confirm with user

- Configure connected peripheral (Printer, Scanner, etc.)

- Functionality Test
- Send email

- Access Corp Application (Oracle, Siebel, BCA, BNI, etc)

- Test print

- Test accessing P: H: and S:

- User Acceptance, and Inform user for any problem to contact IT Helpdesk
