BEFORE THE NOTARY AT GOLAGHAT

Affidavit

I, SRI HIREN TAMULY, son of Late Khageswar Tamuly, aged about 65 years,
resident of Ward No. 10, New Amulapatty, Golaghat Town, Post Office Golaghat, Police
Station Golaghat, Dist. Golaghat, Assam, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath as
under:-

1. That I am a Citizen of India by birth and am, also, a permanent resident of the above
noted address.
2. That Late Khageswar Tamuly is/was my father who died in the year 1990 leaving
behind the following legal heirs:

vii. Smti Mainu Tamuly Daughter in Law 47 years
viii. Sri Debasish Tamuly Grandson 27 years
ix. Smti Anandita Tamuly Granddaughter 24 years

No. vii, viii and ix are the legal heirs of Late Dhiren Tamuly, son of Late Khageswar
Tamuly.
3. That the Shop Room No. 15 (measuring 10 ft. X 25 ft. = 250 Sq. ft.) under Golaghat
Municipal Board located at Ward No.___, Dhodhar Ali, Golaghat Town, P.O. & Dist.
Golaghat, was allotted to my above named father and was rightfully possessed
and/or enjoyed by my father during his lifetime and after his death, the said Shop
Room is still standing registered in the name of my father in the relevant records of
the Golaghat Municipal Board which need to be updated/corrected after causing
transfer / allotment of the Shop Room in names of the persons and in manner
mentioned below.
4. That I being one of the three sons of and also, the legal heir of Late Dhiren Tamuly
rightfully entitle to transfer/allotment in my name 1/3rd share of the above noted
Shop Room and similarly, Sri Biren Tamuly also rightfully entitles to
transfer/allotment in his name 1/3rd share of the Shop Room and whereas Smti
Mainu Tamuly, Sri Debasish Tamuly and Smti Anandita Tamuly being the legal heirs
of Late Dhiren Tamuly, son of Late Khageswar Tamuly, jointly entitle to
transfer/allotment in their names 1/3rd share of the Shop/Room.
5. That there is no legal impediment in law for causing transfer / allotment of the
aforesaid Shop Room No. 15 in our names and we best entitle to have, possess and
enjoy the same.
6. That this affidavit has been sworn in by me with a view to produce it before the
Golaghat Municipal Board for causing transfer / allotment of the aforesaid Shop
Room No. 15 in the names of the parson and in the manner set forth hereinabove in
para no. 4.
OATH: I swear that this my affidavit is true, that it conceals nothing, and that no part of it
is false. So, help me God.
