Orchestrated the national EWP sales forecasting, planning and targeting plans coast to coast. Consistently strived to
improve and grow sales within the metal connectors category. Develop strong working relationships with our key vendors
to insure day to day issues are resolved quickly with the least amount of impact for both parties and the best solutions are
brought forward. Manage the National Design Office “Building Solutions” for potential liability conflicts in structural
design, enhance design strategies, customer service and retention, push bolt-on PL options to sales & customers, directed
the development of exterior siding products estimation while developing the strongest design team in the Canadian
Building Materials Distribution industry.
Managed, owned and improved the function of design turn around times within the Building Solutions Design
Department for the National customer base.
