STAGE WISE DESIGN PROCESS
1. Stage – I – Project Award:
a) Take Employer’s instructions regarding the requirements.

b) Informal interview with client technical team
c) Plan, Organise and signing off
2. Stage – II – Comprehensive Review Report:
a) Production of Report post review of MEP design. Submit to client for feedback and
subsequent discussions/Conclusion.
3. Stage – III – Final Report:.
a) Production of final review report after finalization of stage-II.

TERMS & CONDITIONS/PROFESSIONAL FEES
1. Fees:
Total Area as conveyed by client:-

a) Vellore site:- 139000 Sq.ft
b) Vengambakkam:- 104000 Sq.ft
Total (a+b) = 243000 Sq.ft
Our charges for above Shall be:-

a) Vellore Site:-
i) HVAC @Rs. 0.83/Sq.ft =115370
ii) Electrical @ Rs. 0.83/Sq.ft = 115370
Total fee:- 230740
b) Vengambakkam Site:-
i) HVAC @Rs. 0.83/Sq.ft = 86320
ii) Electrical @ Rs. 0.83/Sq.ft = 86320
Total fee:- 172640
Total Fee Shall be (a+b) = Rs. 403380/- Only.

(Say = Rs. 400000/- Only.)
a) Mode of payment shall be as follows:

Stage-I 30%
Stage-II 40%
Stage-III 30%
b) Fees shall be payable on presentation of bills corresponding to the respective stage of work.
We will submit debit note to this effect duly signed by us or our authorized representative.
2. In addition to the professional fees herein stipulated, the following items shall be considered
as expenses reimbursable and/or provided by the Employer as being separate and apart
from the said professional fees:
a) Actual Boarding and Lodging & transportation charges for visits shall be Borne by client.
b) GST @ 18% or as applicable.

3. Project Completion Period Post Award of Work:-
i) Stage-I - One Day

ii) Stage-II - Five Days.
