PROVISIONAL OFFER FOR ADMISSION TO B. A. LL. B. (HONS.)
ACADEMIC SESSION 2019-20
Date:- 25-06-2019

The candidates allotted to Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur by CLAT-

2019 for admission to B.A.LL.B (Hons.) are required to report for admission at
Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur on July 4, 5 or 6, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.
to 05:00 p.m. In case, a candidate fails to report in person by July 6th 2019 latest by 05:00
p.m., it shall be conclusive that he/she is not interested in taking admission to
Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. Consequently, this offer for admission
shall stand automatically cancelled and his/her seat may be offered to the candidate next in
merit, and no request shall be entertained by the DNLU in this regard.

Candidates reported for admission or are required to follow the instructions given below:

(1) The offer of admission is provisional and does not create any right to admission in
favour of the candidate. Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur shall not
be responsible for any expenditure made by the candidate on travel etc.

(2) The candidates must report in person after payment of fees and other charges for
documents verification and finalization of admission process with the following
documents:

a. Mark Sheet of 10th Examination (Original & Photocopy).

b. Mark Sheet of 12th Examination or its equivalent (Original &
Photocopy).
c. Eight copies of recent colour passport size photographs in formal
dress.
d. Transfer Certificate in original.
e. Migration Certificate in original.
f. Character Certificate in original.
g. Affidavit Intervening Period in original, if there is a gap of one or
more year between the qualifying examination and the year 2019.
h. Original CLAT Admit Card & photocopy.
i. Original Caste Certificate & photocopy (three copies), issued by
competent authority, if applicable.
j. Original Domicile Certificate & photocopy, issued by competent
authority, in case of M.P. State, if applicable.
 k. Person with Disability Certificate in original & photocopy, satisfying
the norms of reservation in this category, in the prescribed format only,
issued by competent authority.

(3) Candidates of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) course who have accepted admission in

Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur and having deposited an amount
of Rs. 50,000/- shall pay the balance fee mentioned below through the Demand
Draft drawn in favour of Dharmashastra National Law University payable at
Jabalpur or through NEFT/RTGS to the following Account

(4) Hostel facility will be allotted on the date of admission.

(5) Orientation program will be held on July 12, 2019 (Friday) in the University. All
the newly admitted students and their parents are requested to attend the program
and join us for Lunch.
