Rainb Ragazzo Hair & Make-up Salon was established in 2009 and we provide hair

and make-up styling, image consultation and photography services. Over the past 10

years, we have won 2 significant awards, Asia Excellence Entrepreneur Federation

and Asia Pacific Excellence Brand.

The founder set up the Rainb Ragazzo Academy later year with the vision to nurture

and train more potential talents as his contribution towards the Hair and Beauty

industry. We offer courses includes Professional Makeup and Hairstyle, Professional

Hairdressing and Professional International Image Consultant.

Our vision is to provide world-class services at affordable prices to our customers and

set up a quality education syllabus via practical exercise and internship in the related

industries local and international.

Our Founder

With more than 14 years’ experience in the hair and beauty industry, Rainb realizes

that it would be insufficient to give him an edge over his other peers as a hairstylist

cum make-up artist (MUA) in such a competitive industry. Rainb decided to set up an

academy to nurture and train the potential young talents in hair styling and make-up.
Rainb has demonstrated his creativity in many local and international competitions

over the years. With his stunning and remarkable showmanship, he has accoladed

several awards, Winner of Asia Hair Competition, Winner of Laurel Hair Dresser Award,

Winner of 2017 Asia Outstanding Hair Stylist Golden Bauhinia Award, Winner of 2017

Asia outstanding Makeup Stylist Golden Bauhinia Award.

He is talented in transforming his customers to look beautiful and elegance. Therefore,

with his magician hand and creativity, he is often being invited as a consultant for

numerous local and international beauty pageant events, includes Miss Malaysia

Leisure World 2009, Miss Earth International 2010, Asia Model New Face Model

Search 2011, Miss Global Queen 2012, Mrs. Nobe Northern Regional Year 2015. He

also makes his special appearance at the Grandeur Beauty Talk Show 2012,

Sulwhasoo makeup products 2017 and many more.

Rainb as the Founder and Principal of Rainb Ragazzo Salon and Academy wishes to

continue his passion to nurture and train more young blood and talents in the hair and

beauty industry.

Our Milestone & Achievement

Since 2009, Rainb Ragazzo has achieved several remarkable achievements and it

has made Rainb Ragazzo flying higher and received a seat in the International arena.
 • 2010 : Award of EMO Hair Competition.

• 2011 : Winner of Asia Hair Competition and Winner of Laurel Hair Dresser

Award.

• 2012 : Participated in various Charity and Beauty Pageant events.

• 2013 – 2014 : Business expansion in a beauty salon with makeup services.

• 2015 : Invited to be one of the judges for the International Makeup Competition.

• 2016 : Started a small makeup lesson to train new talents.

• 2017 : Participated in Asia Hair & Beauty Industry Golden Bauhinia Awards

2017 and won 2 categories - The Best Hairstylist and The Best Makeup Stylist.

• 2018 : Started Rainb Ragazzo Academy and the founder Rainb Lim was

selected to be “The Top 100 Successor Award 2018” by ONFM.

• 2019 : Rainb Ragazzo opened the first branch that provides hair treatment &

scalp therapy.

• 2019 : Representing Malaysia to Shenyang International Fashion Week as

one of the judges and participated in Guinness World Records in Hair Cutting

at Shenyang Liaoning, China.

• 2019 : Rainb Ragazzo Academy's first graduation and charity fashion show to

showcase the masterpieces of the students.

创始人 Rainb Lim 林梓耀于次年开拓业务，成立了 Rainb Ragazzo 美发化妆培训学

院，其使命是为了培养及发掘马来西亚更多的人才，为本地的美发及美容行业，塑造

更多的时尚造型达人。咱们的学院提供了专业造型设计、专业美发以及专业国际形象

顾问的培训课程。

企业的主要宗旨是以合理的价格，为客户们提供世界一流的服务。并且透过实际的教

学和实习的机会，让新人们可以在本地与国际的美容行业中，接触到高质量的基础教

及发挥自己的所长。

关于 Rainb Ragazzo 的创始人

逾有 14 年经验的时尚造型达人 Rainb Lim，在美发与美容界中打混这么多年，无不意

识到在这样一个竞争激烈的行业中，想要靠着美发及化妆的技能创出一片天，是没法

成就他的满足感。在多番思考之下，Rainb 最终决定成立一所美发、美妆及造型设计

的培训学院，培养出新一代的发型师、化妆师，甚至是一些有潜质的形象设计师。

多年来，Rainb 在多个本地和国际的形象设计大赛中，都不留余地的展示了他那完美

的创造力。凭着高超的技术及出群拔萃的杰作，横扫多个国际的奖项。其中包括了

《 2011 Asia Hair Competition 》、《 2011 Laurel Hair Dresser Award 》、《 2017

Asia Outstanding Hair Stylist Golden Bauhinia Award 》、《 2017 Asia Outstanding

Makeup Stylist Golden Bauhinia Award 》等等多个荣耀。

他擅长将客户塑造成一个漂亮、高雅又有气质的人物。凭着他的神手与前卫的创造思

维，经常被多个主办单位诚挚邀请，担任多个本地和国际选美赛事的官方造型师、评

审，甚至是形象顾问。其中包括了《 Miss Malaysia Leisure World 2009 》、《 Miss

Earth International 2010 》、《 Asia Model New Face Model Search 2011 》、

《 Miss Global Queen 2012 》、《 Mrs Nobe Northern Regional Year 2015 》等等。

除此之外，Rainb 也以 “ 特别嘉宾 ” 的身份亮相于《 Grandeur Beauty Talk Show

2012 》、《 Sulwhasoo Makeup Products 2017 》等等多个时尚发布会的活动。

作为 Rainb Ragazzo 美发与化妆工作室的创始人兼培训学院的院长，他希望可以抱着

赤子之心，持续发掘、培养及提拔更多的新血，让他们在美发与美容界中发光发热。

• 2019 年 ：代表马来西亚担任《 沈阳国际时装周 》的评审之一，并且参与了

中国辽宁 “ 最多美发师同时剪发 ” 吉尼斯世界记录的挑战。

• 2019 年 ：Rainb Ragazzo 美发化妆培训学院，首个毕业典礼时装秀兼慈善活

动，让训练生们展示自己精心打造出来的杰作。
