Subject – OTS proposal

I am Sanjay Deshmukh, the promotor of Daulat Agro India Pvt. Ltd. By education I am a B.Sc. Agri
graduate. Following my interest in Agriculture I started my entrepreneurial journey in (year) by
cultivating mushrooms in a small shed in my village and would sell them door to door. Which
unfortunately failed due to lacked of knowledge of benefits of mushrooms. But I did not lose faith
and tried my hand at another venture. After continuously giving it my all I managed to succeed in my
next business venture, after which I started another venture in the Food industry by opening a
restaurant on Nashik-Pune highway. But I always wanted to do something in the Agriculture sector
and that is why I started the company Daulat Agro India Pvt. Ltd. It was conceived with the idea of
providing hygienic fruits and vegetables to households and give maximum benefit to farmers for
their efforts.

We have applied for term loan and CC 03-01-2011. Bank has sanctioned the term loan on 01-06-
20199 and issued a letter from Sangamner branch that the disbursement of term loan has
commenced on 29-07-2011.

The company faced my problems during the civil work of the plant due to drought which continued
even after the work was completed. This caused raw material shortage as agricultural produce was
not available in near by areas. And many more problems.

Due to the reasons mentioned in the above letter the project was delayed for more than 1 year.

2 weeks back we met Mr. Rajnieesh Kumar in Deccan Branch office about OTS proposal, after
discussion with him, he suggested us to meet the GM. We took appointment on 23rd October to
meet the GM. We met Mr. Sandeep Gaware (GM, Pune office). We had a very good discussion with
the GM and his team, GM asked us to wait in the reception and he had a discussion with senior
officers from head office. After their discussion they called us inside for discussion, we all have
concluded to settle the Account at Rs. 14.5 crores (Fourteen crores and Fifty Lakhs INR only).

I first fell ill in the month of march 2019, even after undergoing treatment my condition did not
improve and it further deteriorated until I had to be hospitalised in April. Which brought my project
to a standstill as there was no one capable enough to takeover my role. My condition still did not
improve and was hospitalized again in May when my health become critical and was kept in ICU for
over 20 days and hospitalised for about a month. I have been hospitalised numerous times till the
end of September 2019 and treatment will continue for a total of 2 years. I have taken opinion of Dr
Anil Vaidya (Multi-organ transplant specialist, Apollo Hospital) and am undergoing treatment.

Considering my health problems, I have decided to settle the term loan account and approached Mr.
Sandeep Gaware with OTS proposal. Hopefully the bank will understand the problems faced by me
during the execution of the project and the actions taken by me to ensure the success of my
business and help me in reviving the project.
