Sub: Legal notice for handing over the Purchased Motor Vehicle
(CRETA 1.4 CRDi E+) without Temporary Registration and failing to
complete Permanent Registration.

Sir/Madam
 Under instructions of our client Tadib Jahan, Address H-386 Gali No-
19 Block H Gadda Colony Part 2 Jaitpur who is your consumer bearing
Customer id- C2019010230, I the undersigned hereby serve you with the
legal notice of the following contents:

1. That my client purchased one Motor Vehicle (CRETA 1.4 CRDiE+)

bearing HSN CODE 8703.31.91 of Star Dust Colour, Chassis No.
D4FCKM725063, Engine No. D4FCKM725063 and Key No. P2016
from the dealer of you the addressee.
2. That my client disbursed Rs. 97,804.00 INR for Registration, Road
tax & Temp Regn, Fuel Cost (Dealership to RTO), Driver cost
(Dealership to RTO), Fuel Cost (Delivery) vide Invoice No.
HMP/18-19/0983 on 5th of February, 2019.
3. That my client was not tendered with temporary registration
certificate of the motor vehicle purchased by the dealer of you the
addressee.
4. That my client continuously ran post to pillars in order to get the
Temporary registration and Permanent registration completed by
you the addressee on the contrary you deliberately delayed and
denied the duty imposed by way of advance receipt of money for
the said purpose by the dealer of you the addressee.
5. That my client had to get the purchased motor vehicle
Permanently registered by their own thereby spending the
exorbitant amount i.e. Rs. 98,872 of money to the RTO office on
29th August, 2019.
6. That further my client being a peace-loving citizen does not want
further delay in the process, thus demands you the addressee to
refund the total disbursed amount i.e. Rs. 97,804 with 18% interest
along with compensation for mental harassment and distress
amounting to Rs. 50,000 and also litigation fees of Rs. 10,000 which
in toto amounts to Rs. 1,75,409.

That in view of the law, facts and circumstances mentioned herein

above, I under instruction of my client, hereby call upon you to
explain in writing the working/reasons of the immense delay and
non-compliance of the request made by my client and in absence
thereof why legal action should not be initiated against you the
addressee and your officials within 15 days from the receipt of the
legal notice.

Please note if the aforesaid demand is not complied within 15 days

of the receipt of this legal notice, my client has issued definite
instructions to me to institute appropriate proceedings of civil
nature before competent court of law having jurisdiction and such
actions and proceedings shall be maintained by my client at your
costs, risks and consequences.

You are also liable to pay sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Five
Thousand only) towards the cost of this legal notice. Please note a
copy of this legal notice is retained in my office for further action.
