 BUSINESS PLAN: In our business plan are launching a new private
commerce college in (college in bajaur agency student are facing a lot
of FATA) specially in bajaur agency because the population of bajaur
agency are 1.5 million and there is only one government commerce
difficulties because there is no other commerce college student are not
getting the admission and the only commerce college in bajaur. The
student is more and college is one and that is why the are course only
D.com , B.com and Bs commerce. There is no course of BBA, M.com,
DIT, and CS. It about 50 quotas (seats) in each class many students are
doing get the admission. So there is creating an opportunity for us to
launch a college for that student who has missed the admission. So in
our plan are want to launch a new commerce college which we will start
the course of BBA, M.com, DIT and CS. This is the good opportunity for
us to launch a private commerce college for the bajaur student on low
cost.

Market overview about our services: in our services


which we provide the market overview is desirable and demand is too
high.
Strategy that will make our business is successful: In
our strategy is that which make business successful is provide
education in low cost and also provide high qualified and skillful
teachers.

How much money will be need: : to start our business


usually required 500000 to 800000 lacks which is not huge amount to
start the college we easily collect that amount within three to four
month

doesn’t aim at stuffing the mind of the thaught with information. Its

Private college, Ministry of Education's National Education Census 2005
and Pakistan Education Statistics for 2000 and 2007-2008. 30% of all
has grown considerably since2007-2008 when the share of private
institutions was mere 19%. Comparative to the public sector, the

 COLLEGE GOAL AND OBJECTIVE: Our college goals and


objective is provide such kind of people who are ever busy to serve
the country. Serving the country will be their primary objective. Our
goal & objective is to prepare such people who always keep the
interests above personal interests. We are also trying our level best
to provide such kind of people who are the good well informed and
intelligent citizens of the country. We are equipping the student with
knowledge and morality to pull the country out of the economic
problem on the one hand and to earn their livelihood on the other
hand.
 SWOT ANALYSIS: in this aspect we identify by an organization its
internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external
opportunities and threats. Now we summarize from the result of
SWOT analysis.
 Strength: according to our plan our college strength is strong
management team, high qualified teacher and strong fleet
operation.

 WEAKNESS: as a new private college in bajaur agency it might take


some time for our organization to break into the market. weakness
could be lack of finance lack of awareness.

 OPPORTUNITY: according to our business we have a good


opportunity to launch a commerce college there is only one govt
commerce college and population of bajaur agency is 1.5 million .and
also opportunity to extend the level of commerce education of the
Fata student .

 Threats: every business faces a threat or challenges at any part of


the life cycle of the business. These threat can be external or internal
some of the threat that we are likely going to face as a private
college operating in bajaur agency are unfavorable government
policy that might affect private college.

Marketing strategy
 Target market: currently where we launch a private
college is bajaur agency. In first phase our taget market is the
only agency which is bajaur. if we realize that the business
will grow successful we will select the other agency and
launch another college.

need of proper education system or private institution We

The college building is spread over in area of 10 kanal with well-
ventilated classroom well-equipped computer lab, a library, a mosque,
playground and green lawns which add to the beauty and grace of the
building.

Rent: due to lack of finance we have no own building for the


college. So we rental a building for the purpose of starting private
commerce college. We affordable to pay monthly rent only
25000.

Description of management team


Our private college internal management and administration is by the
principal along with the staff members to facilitate smooth running of
the college. All internal affairs are dealt with democratic spirit giving full
participatory opportunities to all student and their voice is given weight
age. various student committee headed by the faculty member are
constituted for peaceful and swift running of the college.

Academic council / college council


This council consist of the principal and the three staff members. It
decide cases referred to it by the principal

Admission committee
The principal forms a committee which is responsible for admission of
the candidate of D.COM-1 it also responsible for admission to all classes
at BBA / BCS level

Proctorial board
In order to understand the spirit of discipline among the student
proctorial board play a major role. The principal appoint chief proctor
from amongst the staff member who select the senior proctor amongst
the student. Proctorial board is also responsible to guide fresh student
rightly and also to ensure uniform amongst the student.
