 Managed end to end project tasks which included all the phases from Development to Production
implementations like giving solution to issues in universes, reports, checking in the backend database, co-
ordinating with ETL, Application teams, raising ST,UAT,Prod CR’s, keeping ready the package for

 I was leading the team of 10 members for SFDC-GAU, SFDC-QPI and SFDC-Contact Center projects, BORR
project.
 Managed end to end implementation of 5 projects which included all the phases from Scratch, Business
Requirements gathering, Functional Requirement Document, Analysis, Technical Specification Design, Unit
Testing, SIT, User Acceptance Testing, Production deployment, creating run books.

 I have created five webi reports templates and shared with Business Analyst, Senior Manager then to
Business/Client, they have selected one template which they liked and asked the team to follow for 60 reports
to generate in the same manner.
