creating opportunities in project for billing, taking the lead of it and completing it.

Primary Responsibilities:
I was leading the team of 10 members for SFDC-GAU, SFDC-QPI and SFDC-Contact Center projects, BORR
project.
Managed end to end implementation of 5 projects which included all the phases from Scratch, Business
Requirements gathering, Functional Requirement Document, Analysis, Technical Specification Design, Unit
Testing, SIT, User Acceptance Testing, Production deployment, creating run books.
I have assigned the assignments as per their experience levels and as well-kept project tracker sheet to get the
deliverables in time, gave guidance on their work as and when needed to complete their tasks.
I have gone through all the Requirement documents of SFDC-GAU, SFDC-QPI and SFDC-Contact Center
project well before to clarify team member doubts as much as possible on their assignments.
I have taken responsibility of overall GAU, QPI and Contact Center project and lead the team very effectively.
SFDC-GAU, SFDC-QPI,SFDC-Contact Center project 3 Universes, 60 reports are moved from Dev->Test
Minor->Test Major->Moved to Production, Go Live date was 23-July-2018, but made the team members to
complete all phase activities till Production deployment by 23-June-2018.
Implemented the security part for GAU, QPI and Contact Center Universe’s.
I have given important suggestions during the Approach Finalization when project under risk, like clients don’t
want to touch directly the SFDC database have informed and I have written an email the approach like go for
approach SFDC->IBM Cast Iron->IBM Netezza->BOXI Universe->BOXI Reporting, we won the deal from
clients and got GAU,QPI,Contact Center project.
I have given the folder structure hierarchy and folder names for BOXI reports in webi.
