Minutes of meeting

Updates on Project:
 Bricks installation ongoing, done installing in ground floor
 Ramp preparation and backfilling ongoing
 Workers on site 12
 Electrical Permit for follow-up, B.O already inspected the building for the permit application.
 Electrical panels next week to start; fabrication haven’t started yet waiting for the payment but Sir john already
given a 50% down payment to the Sub-contractor.
 Elevator hoist beam already done installing waiting for the Supplier to check the work done so that they can
start installing the elevator.
Sir John requested new system of billing – Php 120,000 per week

For Payments (as Agreed Upon)

1. Electrical panels and layout – Php 275, 430
(to confirm yet the exact amount of payment and get the contract)
2. Window glass curtain –
(waiting for the sub-contractor to send the agreement and balance of the Project contractor)
3. Fire Protection – Php 160,000

Exterior Finishing works to prioritize this month:

1. Bricks installation
2. Window glass curtain system installation
3. Fire wall painting and plaster with control joints
4. ACP installation
5. Main entrance Canopy construction
6. Exterior railings and main entrance guardrails

Notes and Reminders:

 Bricks installation 4 weeks to do
 Firewall should start painting and plastering
 Basement Works – Rebars, floor slab and ramp 4 weeks to do.
 To make a new construction schedule base on agreement.
 Elevator – to call supplier to start the installation this week
 Main canopy design details needed to give.
 Need to do a new mode of payment for Sir john (per week) and billing process.
