Theoretical Values

Calculation steps

f = 5kHz , L = 100mH

XL= 2*3.142*(5000) *(0.1)

= 3141.59 Ω

Z= ((1200)2 + (3141.59)2)^(1/2)

= 3362.97

VR,PP= (10)*(1200/3362.97)

= 3.57V

VL, PP= (10)*(3141.59/3362.97)

= 9.34V

IR, PP= (3.57/1200)

= 2.975mA
Phase angle, Ɵ = tan-1 (3141.59/1200) = 69.09o

VR,rms = 3.57/2(2)^(1/2) = 1.2622V

VL, rms= 9.34/2(2)^(1/2) = 3.3022V

VFG,rms= ((1.2622)2 + (3.3022)2)^(1/2) = 3.5352V

VFG, PP= 3.5352*2(2)^(1/2) = 10V
