PAYMENT
 We require 50% Deposit to be sent to us by latest on 6 May 2019.
 Full Payment is required to be settled on 12 May 2019.
 Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and can not be transferred to other booking or
other hotel facilities
 Incidentals charges are payable right after function, in cash or credit card only can be arranged
either by Cash, bank cheque or credit card payment to be settled at Front Office cashier.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 Cancellation 1 week or less prior the event will be charged 100% from the total bill.

CONDITION
 The above prices are subject change without prior notice.
 The above price are including 21% government tax & service
 Shall the number of the participants reduced without notice, the final charges applied according to
guarantee.
 If any additional order affair during the event, balance should be directly after the event.
 The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function which may damage the hotel’s
reputation or may affect its business and security
 Any damage arising as a consequence of construction work, set ups and dismantling work in any
parts of the hotel or its property will be borne by the client.
 Food and Beverage from Other Caterers are Not Allowed to be served inside the Hotel
Premises
 Due to health regulations, leftover food may not be taken from catered events.
